Janício de Jesus Gomes Martins (born 30 November, 1979) is a football defender from Cape Verde. He plays for Anorthosis Famagusta and the Cape Verde national football team.[1] His previous clubs include Boavista (in native country), Estrela Da Amadora and Torreense. In 2008 he won the league cup with Vitória de Setúbal. In the summer of 2009, he signed a two year contract with Anorthosis Famagusta.
